Station overview

Blake Road Station is situated in an urban corridor of diverse residents, natural amenities and development opportunities. The station is located within a corridor that has 90 percent rental housing with large immigrant population clusters.

The surrounding area includes parks, the Blake School, Jacobs Trading, EDCO, destination businesses, 43 Hoops Basketball Academy, Fastenal, and Cargill, as well as a 17-acre parcel ready for redevelopment.

Future development is already underway, with a major park redesign and expansion taking place just north of the station. South of the station lies a collection of one-story commercial strip centers and industrial buildings.
