Station overview
Wooddale Station will be surrounded by an area that has spent the last decade transforming into a dynamic transit village. The station is located amid more than 750 condos, apartments and senior housing units, as well as more than 199,000 square feet of retail space.
The surrounding area includes St. Louis Park High School, Park Spanish Immersion Elementary School and the Central Community Center. The nearby Milwaukee Road Depot is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Future development will build on the area's robust residential growth, continuing to mature into a lively, dense, walkable and connected mixed-use transit village.
